We carry a large inventory of popular flags, windsocks and accessories. We strive to keep our stock status on the site current. In stock items usually ship within 48 hours. Back orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to fill. In case of a backorder, we will endeavor to contact you with an eta and assist in modifying, holding, or cancelling your order. If you are ordering for a certain event date (birthday, holiday, etc.) please let us know your requirements so we can meet your deadline. Hint: Our selection is usually at its best 4 weeks prior to a significant holiday or event. Custom orders require a deposit of 50% down at time of order with the remainder due upon shipment. We ship the majority of our orders through the Canadian Postal Service. We have found them to be the most affordable for shipping to the USA and Internationally, and offers both ground and air shipping. We pack all of our orders right here at the Elora store, keeping a tight reign on quality control. · Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Elora, Ontario, Canada store.
· Any duties or taxes that may become applicable within your own country are your responsibility and not covered under our shipping costs..
· Shipping standard for Air Shipping to the USA is 4-10 business days.
· Shipping standard for shipping within Ontario is approx. 1-2 days.
· Shipping standard for shipping within Canada is approx 3-9 business days.
· Shipping standard for International Air orders which include the United Kingdom, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, is approx. 7-10 business days.
· Shipping standard for International Surface orders is approx. 3-8 weeks.
· Shipping standard for International Air orders which include New Zealand, Australia is approx 14 business days.
· Shipping standard for International Surface orders to New Zealand and Australia is approx 12 weeks.
· We notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Our system is automated so if nothing is received be sure to check your spam box for the information.
· REMEMBER THESE CANADA POST STANDARDS. Be sure to add our processing time onto the standards (usually 24 hours)
PLEASE NOTE: The above delivery standards are set down by Canada Post. We have chosen Canada Post as our primary shipping source, as the costs are much more reasonable than any other method. Small packet rate when applied does not include tracking. If you wish to have tracking included on your order please be sure to check tracking included as a checkout option. Extra charges will apply.
Delays may take place if your parcel is held up in customs. Be sure to leave ample time for delivery as we are not responsible for time sensitive deliveries.
