Exchanges and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. To discuss a return please contact us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and all shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned that are received with customs and duty owing will not be accepted.
Please contact Grand Flags immediately to assist you in resolving issues relating to any damages during shipment. Save the original packaging if your order is damaged during shipment. Our terms and conditions and subject to change without notice.
• What will happen if an item arrives damaged?
• Let us know immediately upon receipt of the goods if you receive an item damaged in shipping.. If the packaging is noticeably damaged, we will want you to take photographs so that we can recoup our losses with the shipping company.
• What if there is nothing wrong with my purchase but I am just not pleased with my choice?
• We want you to be pleased, and will accept returns (please call or email us first for authorization). We charge a handling & restocking fee of 10% and you will be responsible for all shipping related costs .
• What if I order something that is time sensitive and it is delivered too late?
• Nothing is a sure thing, there can be delays in shipping time, customs delays, and other variables that are beyond our control. Leave yourself ample shipping time to allow for these variables. If an item is not received when you absolutely need it, let us know, and when it does arrive, refuse shipment. By doing this, shipping will only have to be paid once. If you choose to not accept delivery of an item due to a shipping delay, your credit card charges will be reversed upon the item's safe arrival back to us, less the original shipping costs and handling fees.
• Special orders are non-returnable, unless they do not meet manufacturers specifications. All returns must be received in original packaging, in perfect condition, accompanied with your return authorization number and order number clearly marked on packaging to receive proper and prompt credit. Returns without these specifications will not be accepted.
